【Payment Method】

Q1: What payment methods does iDealEZ offer?
A1: Currently, you can pay using PayPal, online credit card (including VISA, Master and JCB), Alipay & Tenpay.


【How to Purchase】

Q1: How do I make purchase in iDealEZ?
A1:
Step1: Enter the name of the product you are looking for and press "Search" or browse by categories.
Step2: Check product details and enter the quantity of the product you want to buy. Then press “Buy Now” or "Add to Cart".
Step3: On the check-out page, fill in the shipping information, billing information and check the order details.
Step4: After your order has been paid successfully and the supplier receives payment, please wait for the supplier to ship your package.
Step5: You can contact the supplier directly or enter “Order inquiry” in “My Taiwantrade” to check the progress of your order.

Q2: What do I do if the system shows that my transaction has failed?
A2: Please contact iDealEZ customer service by ez.e-member@taiwantrade.com, and provide detailed information as the error code, the product you'd like to buy and your browser you used.

Q3: Can I check out different items offered by different suppliers?
A3: You can only check out supplier-by-supplier (i.e. one supplier at a time).


【Order History】

Q1: How do I check my orders?
A1: Please login and click “My Taiwantrade”. You can click on “Order History” in your account to inquire your orders.

Q2: How do I cancel my orders?
A2: For orders you have not checked out, simply delete them from your shopping cart. For orders you have already made payments for, please contact the supplier directly.


【Transaction Problems】

Q1:What's the process for order cancellation, refund or product return?
A1:
(1) Contact the supplier directly via the "Contact Us" button on the product page.
(2) Go to "Order History", check purchase details and start the return process by contacting the supplier or Taiwantrade.com.

Q2: How long does the refund take to be credited into my credit card account?
A2: Your supplier will proceed with the refund after receiving your returned products. The actual time taken depends on your card issuer. This is usually between 1 and 3 weeks.

Q3: What do I do if I receive an item different to what I have ordered?
A3: We recommend that you contact the supplier directly.

Q4: Why can't I pay in USD during checkout?
A4: If the supplier has specified to accept NTD only, you can not check out your products in USD.

Q5: How are iDealEZ's currency conversions calculated?
A5: Currency conversions are based on the spot exchange rates quoted by the Bank of Taiwan, which are adjusted once a day. The actual transaction is converted using the exchange rate at the time the transaction takes place.


【Shipping & Delivery】

Q1: It has been quite some time since I made payment and I have yet to receive my products. What should I do?
A1:
(1) Ask the supplier for confirmation of payment.
(2) Go to "Order History" and check your order status.
(3) Go to the courier's website and track orders by the order number.

Q2: How do I track my order status?
A2: You may track your order status in "Order History". For detail instructions, please click on “Order inquiry.”

Q3: Can I change my shipping address once the order is completed?
A3: Please contact the supplier to see if your order has been shipped, and ask the supplier whether a new shipping address can be arranged.

Q4: May I ship items in the same order to different addresses?
A4: Currently, items in the same order can not be shipped to multiple addresses. If you wish to ship your items to multiple addresses, please check out separately.
