Carbon Neutral Haircare Products by O’Right |
Based in Taiwan, O’Right is the maker of the world’s first carbon neutral shampoo. Created by Steven Ko, O’right shampoo is made using solar energy, windpower, recycled water and all-organic ingredients. The shampoo has a salon-grade formula and is also easy to rinse off, which allows the user to save on water used per wash by up to 30 percent. Moreover, the shampoo is packed in biodegradable packaging materials. Ko’s haircare innovation is regarded as the most eco-friendly in the world. Since the brand's launch in 2001, O’right has won numerous packaging and corporate social responsibility awards. O’right went onto the international market in 2008, and 3 years later it became the world’s first Carbon Neutral certified cosmetics company.
